Properly clean your face or skin with cleansing milk or water for oily skin Apply Thick Layer of Shiner Bleach Lotion + Activator Mixture for dry skin Apply Thin Layer of Shiner Bleach Lotion + Activator Mixture. Take exact measurements of shiner lotion & Activator powder with enclosed measuring spoon in glass of plastic bowl.
